During the meeting we have several key activities that we usually go through:

  • Welcome, greetings and Pledge of Alligence
  • Review of Roles and Responsibilities
  • Tabletopics - Short 2 minute impromtu speeches to get you to think on your feet!
  • Speeches - Usually 3-4 members will have prepared a 5-7 minute speech based on their place in the Basic or Advanced Communications manual.
  • Evaluations / Coaches reports - Feedback for the speakers and on meeting overview
  • Upcoming events - Current club and district activities such as meetings, speech contests, speech crafts and more!
